I really like all of HWG’s products. They are more expensive than a many of the male grooming and hygiene products on the market.
It took 15 business days for the products to be delivered. The site quoted 5-6. I was not notified about the shipping delay; I had to reach out to HWG.
Once the products arrived, I reached out to share my thoughts. I was only told, “I’m sorry and thank you for the feedback.” A respectable and well-run organization would have offered some type of restitution for not being able to fulfill their end of the bargain. This did not happen.
I will reluctantly try their products once more, but this was not a good experience.

Smells good, but very watery. This will pour out or the container if you held it upside down, no squeezing required. Was hoping for a little more viscosity.
I was a little disappointed with this product. I anticipated a much stronger hold. Im assuming its for shorter hair styles. I appplied it into damp hair and it gave me little to no result at all. Soft clay-like consistency but wasnt what i was hoping for.
